Research on Social Entrepreneurship with Indigenous Communities
I have some funding to undertake research with Indigenous Communities. Ideally, you are an Indigenous student (as defined in Canada as First Nations, Inuit, or Metis) and you are interested in exploring frameworks of entrepreneurship with local indigenous communities. This research will form a framework and create a bridge between social entrepreneurial activities that the Enactus Clubs undertake and develop a respectful protocol to engage community involvement.

Research on enhancing Responsible Management through Experiential Learning
I am undertaking research and practice on enhancing the principles of responsible management among students in various disciplines. This requires a research assistant who is interested in sustainability issues and promoting the principles of responsible management and the UN Sustainable Development Goals. This research may also involve practical experience in coordinating interdisciplinary activities with students in business, management or other disciplines at the University of Guelph and with other participating institutions in and out of Canada (all work with other institutions is virtual and does not require travel).

Research on Innovations in Project Management Practices
As part of one of my main research streams, I look at various topics relating to the theory and practice of project management (PM). This research may involve literature reviews, interviewing of research participants, analysis of data and drafting of reports. The research may involve issues relating to Agile practices, the use of AI/ML in project management, the constraints and tools resulting from sustainability requirements, and may be contextually situated in IT environments, financial environments, institutional environments, in the entrepreneurial ecosystem or the circular economy ecosystem.
