Mitra Kooche Moshki
Mitra is a PhD student in Management at the University of Guelph, with over 11 years of distinguished experience in strategic management, both academically and professionally. Her career is marked by significant achievements in education, research, and industry, underpinned by a deep expertise in both qualitative and quantitative analytical methodologies. She has authored six research articles, utilizing her advanced proficiency in various statistical software such as MAXQDA 10, NVIVO 15, SPSS, LISREL, AMOS, JASP, ATLAS.ti, and Qualtrics XM. This technical acumen has empowered her to conduct rigorous research.
Mitra has achieved significant successes during her teaching career, including being named the Best Research and Teaching Assistant in her home country. Currently, at the University of Guelph, she has further advanced her educational and research horizons under the guidance of esteemed professors. Her unwavering commitment to academic excellence has been recognized with the nomination for the Best Teaching Assistant Award for the Winter 2024 semester at the University of Guelph.
Beyond academia, Mitra has successfully helped launch several startups by designing comprehensive business plans and developing strategic roadmaps for various organizations. Her work has been instrumental in shaping the strategic direction of these entities, employing tools such as the BSC, EFE Matrix, IFE Matrix, SWOT, IE Matrix, Space Matrix, QSPM Matrix, BSG Matrix, and Strategy Map.
For the past three years, Mitra has focused her research on organizational structure, innovation, and design. She is now deepening and expanding these research endeavors under the expert guidance of Professor Braga, with the aim of pushing the boundaries of knowledge in these critical areas of management. Together, they are paving the way for innovative insights and impactful contributions to the field.
